A new regional sponsorship arrangement was developed by the Argentine Football Association (AFA), and W88 Thailand, one of the biggest companies in Asia, was named the AFA’s official gaming company in the area.
Claudio Tapia, president of the organization, said, “In all these management years, we have established a significant development of our AFA brand in countries that in the past were not economically exploited, such as the Asian market.
One of the biggest companies in Asia, W88 Thailand sponsors several English Premier League clubs.
The corporation sought this deal with the Argentinean National Teams as part of its worldwide expansion strategy to continue securing its brand’s growth in Asia. The arrangement period runs through the whole year of 2022, including the next World Cup in Qatar.
Claudio Tapia, president of AFA, stated this: “In all these management years, we have established a significant development of our AFA brand in countries that in the past were not economically exploited, such as the Asian market.”
“Because of this effort, we can develop contracts like this one with significant companies that today see AFA as a vital partner for their marketing strategies in this crucial area. I thank W88 for joining our National Team’s sponsorship program,” Tapia continued.
Hilly Ehrlich, the business development manager for W88mobi, said: “This new connection gives W88 hope and is a big step toward reaching some of our marketing goals for the brand. We are a very aspirational company; therefore, we are thrilled to work with the reigning South American champions. Linking up with probably the finest player and team in the world demonstrates our aspirations, and working with one of the World Cup favorites is incredibly exciting.
Leandro Petersen, the Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer of the AFA, further elaborated on the deal’s commercial significance by saying: “Within the segmentation of our sponsorship platform, today we are thrilled to announce W88, a leader in the Asian region, as a new Regional Sponsor of our National Teams in that continent.
The process of worldwide expansion that we began four years ago is progressing day by day, boosting our Association’s income volume, creating new strategic alliances, and—most importantly—expanding business divisions to achieve commercial variety and financial soundness.
AFA will have a fantastic year in 2022; the difficulty is to use it as an opportunity to advance. We wish W88 much success as we start this collaborative working road with them today.
